Directive Memo & Procedures

For this assignment, I wrote a directive memo explaining new meeting procedures for a student association. The purpose of the memo was to create a more organized, respectful, and productive meeting environment by introducing clear rules and expectations. After receiving feedback, I revised the memo by making the procedures more specific and practical. I added details about speaking time limits, voting procedures, how the chair would manage discussions, and what would happen if discussions exceeded the time limit. I also improved the formatting by removing unnecessary symbols, making the headings more consistent, and using more concise and professional language. These revisions helped make the memo clearer, more polished, and more useful for the intended audience.
