TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION REFLECTION

I chose this homework blog because it shows my growth in drafting, revising, and editing technical writing. In this reflection, I explained how I improved my Technical Description assignment by identifying weak areas in my first draft and making revisions to improve clarity and organization. While writing about the lithium-ion battery, I realized that some sentences were repetitive and too long, especially in the system interaction section. Revising those sentences helped me understand the importance of writing clearly for a specific audience.

This blog also shows how I became more aware of organization and flow in technical writing. I explained how I reorganized parts of the description so the explanation would move logically from the battery components to the charging and discharging processes. In addition, I added smoother transitions between sections to make the paper easier to follow.

I chose this blog because it represents an important stage in my development as a technical writer. It demonstrates my ability to reflect on feedback, revise my work carefully, and improve the readability and professionalism of my writing.
